If you need to return a purchase you have made through our website, We accept returns on items that are unused, in original packaging, with valid proof of purchase within 30 days from the day of delivery.

We will offer a full refund of the purchase price. You will be required to pay the costs of returning the item to us. We are also happy to exchange your item within 30 days from the date of despatch.

All of our charms come with a fitted jump ring. We recommend heading to your local jeweller to have your charms soldered onto your bracelet for extra security and a more aesthetic look.

9ct Yellow Gold

9-carat gold is 37.5% pure solid gold, and mixed with other metals, usually copper, which makes it durable for everyday wear. Our bracelets and charms are designed with 9ct Yellow Gold to ensure our pieces can be loved through a lifetime, and passed on for years to come. 9ct gold is more resistant to everyday wear and tear than the likes of 14k and 24k gold. Gold with a greater carat rating is weaker than gold with a lower rating. You are able to wear your 9ct gold bracelets and charms in the shower, it will not harm the metal, however, it can reduce the shine over time, therefore it is advised to minimise water exposure to keep your jewellery looking brand new.

925 Sterling Silver

925 Sterling Silver is a durable metal, and can be worn everyday. The main benefit of wearing sterling silver every day is that it helps to prevent tarnishing. Jewelry made of this material is prone to tarnishing. This means that over time, it develops a thin layer of corrosion that causes the jewelry to appear dull and discolored. This can happen for several reasons, but regular use combats this effect. The natural oils in your skin will “clean” and polish the jewelry while you wear it. These oils protect the sterling silver from several of the things that speed up the tarnishing process.

Sterling silver can be worn every day, however, we advise that you remove your jewellery before showering, as the soaps and chemicals will accelerate tarnishing.

Silver jewellery with no gemstones or pearls can be washed in warm water with a mild detergent. Completely dry with a soft lint free, or nonabrasive cloth before storing. Silver cloths are also a great option for cleaning jewellery.
